Visited this store on December 1 to have family photos printed. Harold assisted me. He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He made the process so smooth. Harold was at FedEx, Dutch Square, Irmo
Allysa was a life saver yesterday! I was heading out of town for business meeting and needed Print and Go flyers printed. She was closing the doors for her lunch but stopped to let me in and get what I needed! I’m back today and come here often because of how she treats me and everyone that comes to the store!
This company has real systemic problems, especially here in Columbia. Good luck trying to get assistance or simple answers to questions. I'm absolutely done using FedEx. It'll be UPS, USPS and Amazon going forward.
Would be nice if they put up a sign saying don't be here at 9 when we open because we open whenever we decide to get here. Better come around 10 or 11. Don't waiste your time.
Totally useless location. They do not actually print anything at this location. Everything is sent out to be printed. Please so not use this location for printing services if you expect a quick turnaround.
