This company has real systemic problems, especially here in Columbia. Good luck trying to get assistance or simple answers to questions. I'm absolutely done using FedEx. It'll be UPS, USPS and Amazon going forward.
Would be nice if they put up a sign saying don't be here at 9 when we open because we open whenever we decide to get here. Better come around 10 or 11. Don't waiste your time.
Totally useless location. They do not actually print anything at this location. Everything is sent out to be printed. Please so not use this location for printing services if you expect a quick turnaround.
They shut down for lunch would be good to post that information
This location seems not to think that they are not reasonable for their drivers.i saidthey broke my package and they said no we didn't Some dude with green hair wants to argue over it instead of combing up with a solution. Fed ex is a bunch of people who work as a team but want to pass the blame and not fix the issue
