Dropped off ground packages at 3:30 Pm and they were not being picked up. Seems like they don’t follow their ground cut off time of 4 pm and have it early on. Pathetic service
Terrible Fedex location, the staff there named Josiah really needs to learn how to treat a customer. Extremely judgemental and lack of worth ethics by them. Worst experience and will never back here.
Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. After I had already paid $300 for my shipment, the employee named Josiah told me I should go to another location about 10 minutes away because it would be “cheaper.” The comment felt unnecessary and came across as dismissive and unprofessional, especially after the transaction was already completed. Customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, not assumptions about what they can or cannot afford. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior.
