A 30-pound next day delivery package was claimed to be "lost" according to the staff. And during the 3-day in-company investigation, no manager contacted us about the status, they just said they looked everywhere so the case was closed without telling us until we called again. We were asked to file a claim. We asked to speak to the manager but got rejected.
