Very good customer service. Explained everything I needed to do to ship a package.
I love this place
Absolutely ridiculous. You can't get through to a human to answer a basic question without 12 layers of AI screening and phone options. I just wanted to see if they were open on a Saturday leading into a 3 day weekend, 5 minutes of pressing phone options and I still don't know. They're so efficient and streamlined that they've lost my business
This location is pretty awesome. You know what's even more awesome? Or rather, who? Yeah, guys. It's Ashton, my GOAT, who will see you try to juggle two heavy boxes all on your lonesome and meet you halfway to grab them from you so you're not embarrassing yourself. Helped me out a lot so... thank you! Let's hope my next return isn't as heavy. :')
