This location has the worst customer service that I ever experienced. I went today to get a poster printed on a card board material. Somehow, there was a miscommunication with the guy who took my order and he just printed a plane poster which it was folded. I wanted something printed on a card board material so I can display that on an easel. I went on a Saturday morning on 02/07/26 at 10am. The person working there was very unhelpful and rude. I will try a different place in the future as could tell he didn't want to be there. Poor service.

Kristy’s conduct as a manager is unprofessional and unacceptable. She is dishonest, dismissive, and consistently avoids resolving issues. If I can give this place a negative star I would.

I visit this location 2-3 times per week for work. Sometimes they are busier than others but no matter do they their best to get me in and out as quickly as they can and no matter who helps they are always incredibly helpful. Thank you for all of your hard work!
