FedEx is a complete shitshow. I paid for overnight shipping and the package did not come for 3 more days. After my husband had left the location he was at for work. He needed the package for work. And oh, if they send it back, it won’t get back in time before his next trip that he needs the package for. That is a FedEx problem. They don’t do anything to make it right. We are never using FedEx again.

I went in today 30 minutes before closing with a last minute printing job for work due the next morning. I needed a booklet printed and set into a magazine style. I was hopeful to maybe get ahead of the jobs the next day and have it sometime before the afternoon hours. However, Katie dropped her closing duties and didn’t hesitate to help me regardless of them closing within no time. Katie quickly printed and assembled what I needed.
