I went to FedEx June 24, 2026 around 6:00 and received amazing customer service from a tall gentleman, I believe his name was Ashton. He was extremely helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to come across customer service like that these days, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Thank you, Ashton, for making my experience such a positive one.

Horrible find new employees. I went in to do a fax at this location on 6/24/26 @ 6:90pm. Never been here, needed help. The tall African American man came over started yelling and pointing at the screen saying it give you pictures to go by. I have never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessional ism. He needs to be fired. I will be going to yelp and calling corporate. Worst employee ever. Should not be working thier. View the camera I have the date time and location. I will not be back or recommend this location.

Went in today to just off a few returns. Walked in and two employees were packing things up to ship out so I waited patiently for a bit. I started to wonder if it wasn’t their job to help me and that someone was in the back. I continued to wait. No others customers were there. When the girl finally called me up, I could tell she wasn’t too happy. I usually have had good experiences here but today was not good.

Ive been using this location for years but recently the employees seem sad and depressed with no service enthusiasm....at least fake it

Alexis working there is very rude and unhelpful. I will try a different place in the future as I could tell she didn't want to be there. Poor service. AVOID.
