I visit this location 2-3 times per week for work. Sometimes they are busier than others but no matter do they their best to get me in and out as quickly as they can and no matter who helps they are always incredibly helpful. Thank you for all of your hard work!
I visited this location today (23870 E Smoky Hill Rd Ste 10, Aurora, CO 80016) and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Christina the manager who wasn’t even wearing a name tag was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude was so off-putting that I walked out frustrated and accidentally left my phone behind, only realizing it later when I sat down to write this review. Stellar personable staff. And I am in there a lot
The service here is great, all team members have been friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work. It’s great to go in and see the same faces working behind the counter. I recently printed pictures for Christmas Cards and the staff assisted with making sure we used the best paper possible to get the best quality.
