Alexis working there is very rude and unhelpful. I will try a different place in the future as I could tell she didn't want to be there. Poor service. AVOID.

This location is horrible! I shipped two packages at this location, and somehow they both were "lost." One was a return, so I had to fight with the company to get my money back. Not to mention, customer service is horrible; the representative who helped me was the only polite one there.
Don't bother to go or call this FedEx office. You will waste your time. The staff is rude and honestly I don't know how they are still open. I was trying to print a poster and they couldn't answer my questions over the phone. Then, I decided to go and when I asked simple questions about the service, answers were vague. I just wanted to know about sizes and prices and instead of point out the wall with the displays the lady insisted in getting the file to give me the exact cost.
