The service here is great, all team members have been friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work. It’s great to go in and see the same faces working behind the counter. I recently printed pictures for Christmas Cards and the staff assisted with making sure we used the best paper possible to get the best quality.
Complaint .. Store #5731 .. The Manager Christina is very rude . Very unprofessional . Customer service from her is the worst . Would not go there again . I have used that store for years and this is unacceptable. Bought a ream of the wrong paper , went to return it and she wouldn't take it back . Said it was a item they dont return . It was not opened . Whet to a nother Kinkos / Fed Ex and it wasn't a issue to return it .. Hope the district manager get to see this ..
I haven't been to a FEDEX in prolly 20 years, and yet I came in 30 mins before closing with about 30 documents that needed to be printed into a booklet, as well as 20 separate copies printed off. I am so thankful Trent was working because he handled it all masterfully! Without hesitation he got to work compiling the digital documents, sorting and arranging them in just the order I needed. I have been going to this location for a long time until they hired the new store manager. She is unfriendly and holds microaggressions. I typically receive help from other employees that are so kind. When you have bad leaders it causes disharmony in general.and a stressful experience. Sometimes its better to just drive a few extra miles for better service.
100% track record for me! Always very professional and courteous!
