I was on vacation and received an email that a package was being delivered to me. I logged into the fedex app to have the package held at this location. The next day, I then got an email that the package has been picked up from this location by somebody other than myself without my permission. Fast and convenient
Superb and prompt customer service!!!
The staff was nice and quickly helped me to send an overnight package to my Father-in-Law but the package despite being sent Priority Overnight didn’t arrive until 2 days later. Too late for what we needed. They hung it in a bag from the front gate. Absolutely, positively did not make it on time. Guess they are not as good as they used to be. I’ll use UPS next time.
