The store and the staff who work there are nice, I will definitely come back to it.
I was having a lot of trouble operating the self printing service (to put it lightly). However, Carolina was working that day and she was so incredibly helpful and understanding. If it weren't for her help, I probably would not have returned to FedEx for my printing needs. Not only did she help solve my problem, but she gave me additional notes and information to help me in the future. Thank you again, Carolina!
Updating. THE WOMAN WHO IS THERE IN THE MORNING THE AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN - IS THE MOST DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Didn’t know there could be a shipping store worse than the UPS on Hancock. Something was supposed to be delivered to my MIL’s address that evidently required a signature. MIL sent me a photo of the slip saying we missed the FedEx driver and needed to come to 2950 E Hwy 50, so I navigated to there. GPS took me to the middle of an intersection with no FedEx in sight, so I did what any reasonable person would do and searched for FedEx to see there was on .5mi away, and I drove there.
