In this day and age of extremely poor customer experience, I wanted to take a minute and write a post about Benjamin. I came in this FedEx office to simply make a $.71 copy and from the moment I walked in the door. Benjamin was extremely helpful and engaging. It was amazing to watch him, pivot between three customers while simultaneously helping all of us without neglecting any of us . His attitude and professionalism are exemplary .
