As the poster Sandra mentioned below awful and I mean the worst customer service. I believe I had Lari also. I tried to catch her name tag. I went in yesterday (06/20). When i arrived she was in the doorway sweeping i stood there to give her a sec. Never acknowledged me. Walked away. I asked about faxing documents. Response was it's over there and self serve.
