In this day and age of extremely poor customer experience, I wanted to take a minute and write a post about Benjamin. I came in this FedEx office to simply make a $.71 copy and from the moment I walked in the door. Benjamin was extremely helpful and engaging. It was amazing to watch him, pivot between three customers while simultaneously helping all of us without neglecting any of us . His attitude and professionalism are exemplary . Quick service with the kiosk
Horrible, unprofessional service. I had to mail a few documents and had a prepaid label. I arrived to the store and no other customers were in. I had the misfortune of going to the first employee available, the tall bald guy. I said hello and he didn’t even reply. I asked where the envelopes were and he just dumped one on the counter, not even saying a word. I was having difficulty opening the plastic and he started yelling at me and rolling his eyes. There were 4 people working in this place and I was at one of the machines struggling to figure it out. I asked for help several times no one came over to help, then finally a lady responded and gave instructions from behind the counter...Very poor customers service. The staff here act like it's a problem to perform their duties. Someone from your corporate office should come in on more than one occasion and be a secret customer. It was a horrible experience. Shame on you all.
