Very bad assistant manager
I barely write reviews but I’m gonna write for this staff member called Terence. It was my first time shipping things out, so I was super frustrated and confused with all the procedures, until this guy called Terence came to the front desk. He was very PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and PATIENT, guiding me through all the steps. Everything became so smooth after he came to help me. I hope this review can help him get a bonus or a promotion, he deserves it🤞
