I put the address and name for the employee on my notes and she still got the spelling wrong. Updated my review since I lost my tracking information and they helped me retrieve it (five packages total). Super calm and helpful throughout the process.
Really sweet staff! The guy helped me with printing out my business cards, and he was really patient with my changing needs.
There should be a zero star option. Two young ladies at the counter yesterday were so rude and unprofessional not just to me but also to the customer infront of me. They were rolling their eyes and making comments to eachother and laughing sarcasticly when asked questions as if we were bothering them or asking stupid questions. They both seemed very very unhappy with their job. They are not the kind you need to have representing your store. Very poor customer service. I wish I never went there.
The lady at the entrance constantly treated me with an attitude because I didn't speak English well, when I said my name, they laughed with an elderly person waiting in line, she showed a completely racist behavior, she didn't help in any way, I just came to drop off a product for return, I felt incredibly bad, I came from Europe and I speak four languages, I ask the lady at the entrance, how many languages do you speak other than English and how do you distinguish people, I can't believe that such people still work in a pla... read more
