I barely write reviews but I’m gonna write for this staff member called Terence. It was my first time shipping things out, so I was super frustrated and confused with all the procedures, until this guy called Terence came to the front desk. He was very PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and PATIENT, guiding me through all the steps. Everything became so smooth after he came to help me. Some lady here with red hair is so rude and sassy. I was just trying to get my receipt for my package and gave me attitude.
Awful customer service. You try to talk to the staff and they ignore you but continue to have conversations amongst themselves.
