The assistant manager Julio is the worst. He shouldn’t be in customer service if he’s not going to assist clients.
Awful customer service at this FedEx location. The manager was very unhelpful. I was trying to make a simple return, and he made the process unnecessarily difficult. Extremely disappointing experience.
Three days in a row I went to print and copy. Three days in a row some problem. The staff does not have the ability to fix the copiers. Not even a paper jam, because the paper trays are not removeable. Unbelievable.
Awesome team and experience. I had an order with a tight timeline and Shree and the team made it happen. They delivered my large project before my deadline and the quality was perfect. Thank you!!
