The lady wearing the cartouche necklace, no name tag, and old sweatshirt who was working here on around 1pm Saturday 8/15 had literally the worst attitude I've ever seen in a FedEx employee. I couldn't have been more pleasant, patient, or respectful, but she obviously has some deep personal issues to work on. Bummer. At least be competent at your job if you're going to be rude.

One of the rudest customer service experiences. Will not be returning. Have had much better experiences at the UPS nearby but needed to return something via FedEx.
I had a terrible experience at this FedEx Office location. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable from the moment I walked in — she spoke in a disrespectful tone and acted like helping a customer was a burden. What should have been a simple visit turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience entirely because of her behavior.
