The customer service that I received on Thursday, June 5 at 9:29am was terrible. First, when I walked in, I was not greeted in any way. There was a man standing behind the counter, slouched over, on his cell phone. He didn't even look up. After being unable to locate the flat rate shipping boxes/envelopes, I asked for help. He pointed me in the direction of the flat rate boxes/envelopes and stated "all of them are $10 flat rate shipping." I forgot to mention the employee who packed my items was Max. The recipients told me the packing was superb to protect the fragile items.
I recently visited this FedEx store and encountered extremely poor customer service. From the moment I walked in, the customer service agent's behavior was unprofessional and childish. Despite providing all necessary information to track my package, including my ID and tracking number, the agent was uncooperative. After taking my driver's license, he intentionally picked it up and threw it three times. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of respect for customers.
