Horrible customer service. My company has been sending packages with FedEx for years, but this is by far the worst experience I ever had at a FedEx store
One of the rudest customer service experiences. Will not be returning. Have had much better experiences at the UPS nearby but needed to return something via FedEx.
I had a terrible experience at this FedEx Office location. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable from the moment I walked in — she spoke in a disrespectful tone and acted like helping a customer was a burden. What should have been a simple visit turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience entirely because of her behavior. I arrived right at closing and the employee was happy to reopen a register to help me out. Great service!
We used this location to print our wedding signage and we couldn’t have picked a better team! Michael and Oscar were especially patient as we came back numerous times to test run our design by printing out multiple copies of each document in different sizes and on varying paper thickness. We ordered a large welcome sign from them, cookie signs, table signage, table numbers, and double-sided personalized menus, all cut down to size!!
