Went to the Fedex in the Severn MD Walmart today. Had a large box to be shipped. Saw a worker closing the store. She told me "they were taking lunch and would reopen in 20 minutes." They have to lunch together? We all work somewhere. Does the business close down to eat? Took said package back to car and went to another FedEx. Had struggle finding place from Google maps because the signage was no longer on the Walmart building, however the service was great! The gentleman was very friendly and helped me save over 80% of the initial shipping cost (international).
If i could i would give 0 stars. I walked in with my little brother, to get 3 shipments shipped out. I came in and said hey how are you? The dark skin employee was the only one in the store. He ignores me and goes to say “you dont get the house too much do you”. I was confused as to why he said this. I replied yea yea bro i guess so, he then starts being disrespectful and says that me and my brother are weird just because the shipment i had was 3 boxes and he thought that it was too much for him. Worst customer service
Greg is awesome! He was welcoming, polite, respectful, & funny. He keeps a smile that would brighten anyone’s day. Some people need this type of interaction, to turn a bad day into a good day.
