They pulled their truck from my driveway INTO my front yard. Causing lots of damage to my yard and walkway, and when I reported it, they claimed to be getting back to me and never did.
The worst - very worst - what a joke ! We have canceled three food services now because they use this pathetic delivery service ! I WANT UPS here in East Texas !!!!!!!!!?!!?
Our package was to be delivered Friday it wasn't. Found out by tracking it. Then they said Monday 10:30-2:30 that changed to 1:00-3:00. That didn't happened driver said wrong address. Called in address was verified as being correct. Driver lied. Then they said it will be delivered today . Still hasn't been delivered. We have other things to do then sit here and wait for FedEx.
