Horrible. They charge you a fee even if you already have a prepaid label. Avoid this scam at all costs.
Extra $10 fee just to send a package that's already prepaid. Absolutely ridiculous.
Just FYI hotel locations charge a “handling fee” for dropping off anything with a prepaid already attached label. Ridiculous.
Why does it says that is open at 8 am? It is not true. It open at 9 am on Mondays
This is not a real FedEx. This is a hotel office Center. Do not waste your time
