Chris at this FedEx location is always friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. He greets customers with a sincere smile and goes out of his way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Went in today kinda last minute for a pickup and a package drop off lady at the front was visibly irritated when she seen me come in the energy was off for sure was told she’d recommend me coming back tomorrow which is a huge inconvenience before I could even load my two boxes back in the car she was already speeding out the parking lot in her ride home you help your last customer and close up not ignore your last customers needs for the day because your ride is out front waiting super unprofessional
This has become my go-to print shop. The staff here are knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous—every time, without exception.
We have used the FedEx location a number of times recently and especially today was handled very professionally by Adrian the store manager even though the person we were shipping to was being difficult. Thanks to Adrian's calmness the experience was 5
