Excellent Customer Service
I went in to print and had someone quickly assist me in printing. I realized I missed some documents and went back in five minutes later. Someone else “assisted” me, the assistant manager, and told me it would be $2.50 extra to have him help me after I mentioned I didn’t want to have a pre authorization on my card at the print machine. Not returning to this location.
The guy at the counter was super nice and helped me pick out a box. There is a nice space to pack your things up. Highly recommend this location.
Folks are super helpful, and the facility has a lot of capabilities with quick turnaround! I think it has actually improved since the old Kinkos days...
