Dog shit customer service, no answers as to where my package may be or why it takes 2 weeks to travel 8 miles. Just “check back later”

Went in with no idea on how to ship my wife’s crafts. Unfortunately I don’t remember who helped but they were awesome!! My wife has an Etsy store and I’m recently unemployed yet again so I was helping her out. Not to mention it got me away from her for a little while. Any way I have not shipped anything in a long time but these guys are pros! Thanks again for the triple win
