I definitely had to take the time to write a review because I feel that it's well deserved. I was trying to ship my father a pair of winter boots for Christmas and had first gone to UPS who quoted me $45 to send them to Texas. Considering I had paid a little over $60 for them, I didn't want to spend that much to ship them. Bryan was phenomenal in helping to make the shipping cost slightly more affordable. Worst customer service I experienced they didn’t wanna get the same box that they delivered they were asking me to pay the second label. I will never go to this location and I also recommend to you to not go either.
