Came on 12/13 @5:30pm and was told by employee they cannot print anything at all for the rest of the day (they close at 7pm and I was trying to print 2 pieces of paper) but they said they could print it for me tmrw morning implying the dozens of printers they have were totally functional. So if you are trying to print anything an hour and a half before they close I recommend not coming here.
I had a terrible experience. They told me to email them to print something - never got a response. I replied to the email and they were like “oh so you want to print something” ?? I then just gave the office a call and they said they already printed it the day I emailed - did not get any type of confirmation whatsoever. whoever delivered my package to my home today around 1:30, it would’ve been nice of you to put my heavy package on my PORCH. but instead you put it on the ground and it got soaking wet because it rained not too long after you put it in my yard. this is the second time that yall do not take care of my packages, your employees need to learn how to at least ring my doorbell.
