Great customer service!!!
I used to go to the Lake Success Location where Joe and Lorraine used to help me. I’m so happy that they are now at the Roslyn Heights location. I always get great service from them. My last two visits here, Lorraine went above and beyond to help with my printing order. She’s kind and always willing to help. I appreciate you, Lorraine! Sincere, thanks!
Very poor customer service , the man behind the counter was rude , i asked for the hand truck and he had an attitude. The sign on the door says ask for hand truck , very unfriendly staff . They need orientation and course on being nice to customers.
I always enjoy coming here and the employees always go above and beyond and are so nice! Today however, I came across Joe- the heavy white guy with facial hair- what a jerk! I asked him if he could help me find my FedEx account number on my phone (while already in my account profile) and he said “no!” and took the next customer (who he was also incredibly rude to).
