Very poor customer service , the man behind the counter was rude , i asked for the hand truck and he had an attitude. The sign on the door says ask for hand truck , very unfriendly staff . They need orientation and course on being nice to customers.
I always enjoy coming here and the employees always go above and beyond and are so nice! Today however, I came across Joe- the heavy white guy with facial hair- what a jerk! I asked him if he could help me find my FedEx account number on my phone (while already in my account profile) and he said “no!” and took the next customer (who he was also incredibly rude to). Clean and bright store front, nice customer rep. In and out real quick to drop off my shipment.
The big one in the store have a very nasty attitude. A little bit of customer service would go a long way. I wouldn't think of sending anyone here, it was my first and last time. It's a shame to see a store in such a nice place have a hog working there.
