Stupid employee
Went to RMA a product and was a very smooth process. Charged way less for a box less than UPS and was very quick. Packed the box up and gave me a receipt. Guy at front counter was very helpful, don’t understand why the place has such bad reviews
This is not about the office personnel. They were helpful w/ the color copier. But in calling for a pre-shipment question for prepaying for an out of country delivery the AI (and I use the term intelligence loosely) refused to put me in touch with a representative because I didn't have the information for a shipment that didn't exist yet. Nor do I know what type of tag the thing was looking for. Utterly useless. Glad I sold my stock in the company recently.
Worker put up a be back at 6:30pm sign and never showed back up. Total waste of my evening waiting. Do not recommend this location.
