Inexperienced staff, overwhelmed and unhelpful.
Amy, is an Angel spent hours working with me to help me,get what I was print right, while still helping other customers. Customer service still lives in this location and I am so happy I came here. THANK YOU VERY MUCH AMY!
Cannot get an answer as to where my $1100.00 medication is? No one returns calls and keep sending emails of “did you find it yet.” You can’t find what you never got. The box is clearly marked Medication! Make you wonder did the driver take a pic than take package home?? Anyway still out $1100.00 and no answers
Definitely nice to know that FedEx loves employing people that disrespect veterans and immigrants (which I am not an immigrant nor trans gender)
