My printer had run out of ink and my son needed to print a paper and so we went to fedex 25 min before close. The computer was slow and so was the internet so it took a while to access his paper. The male staff was not helpful and when it was 6pm he rudely told us to grab what we had done and leave. As a teacher I order prints and posters all the time but after that experience I am taking my business elsewhere where the customer service is great.
