They get the job done; however, unfriendly.. The general vibe is, “ why are you bothering me?”. I visited this location many times because it’s convenient, but I consistently get the feeling that all customers are presumed stupid until proven stupid. Guess what Mr. or Mrs. sales associate, you were supposed to know more than us customers and help us with a smile on your face. Drop the attitude and the chip on your shoulder.

It was very clear that the woman working the front desk between 10:30–11:00 AM on 11/12/25 didn’t seem happy to be there. She was the only employee assisting a line of customers and started out friendly with the first person, but her tone quickly shifted to rude with everyone after that. One customer behind me appeared confused and unfamiliar with the computer system, and the employee curtly told her to “use the automated system,” as if she could learn it instantly. So, I’ve been here back to back days and dealt with Ms. Jarde. She took my call over the phone and was able to assist me with some questions even when I couldn’t give her specific answers. I came in and she got me rolling with getting some stuff mailed out in a timely fashion. No pressure. So I came in today with same thing (unintentional). I had a great experience at this Fedex store 1967 located at York road, cockeysville. I was assisted by a young lady, named Emonni Valentine for almost an hour, to set up an account after so many failed tries. During the whole ordeal, Emonni was so patient with me since I am old and not-so tech savor, meantime she was also assisting other customers. I am so floored by this kind attitude toward customers. First of all I was here at 8 am and the door was still locked no one here . I left and came back at 8:30 . I never mentioned that I was just here . I walked in said good morning and it went down hill from there this older woman manning the store was very rude , aggressive , and just unpleasant to be around. Will be my first and last visit there.
