If you need to ship something, very good. If you need to print, you better be doing it yourself. Phyllis,having no customers at the time and walking right past me 2 times,never acknowledged my presence. Clearly they are way too busy and don't need any more customers. I will be using another printer for my 10k cards.
Horrible customer service. Horrible is short. Lady was so rude and disrespectful.

Front desk employee didn’t greet me, and acted very rude when I asked where to drop my box off.
They get the job done; however, unfriendly.. The general vibe is, “ why are you bothering me?”. I visited this location many times because it’s convenient, but I consistently get the feeling that all customers are presumed stupid until proven stupid. Guess what Mr. or Mrs. sales associate, you were supposed to know more than us customers and help us with a smile on your face. Drop the attitude and the chip on your shoulder.
