First of all I was here at 8 am and the door was still locked no one here . I left and came back at 8:30 . I never mentioned that I was just here . I walked in said good morning and it went down hill from there this older woman manning the store was very rude , aggressive , and just unpleasant to be around. Will be my first and last visit there.

I arrived as the doors open and need a print job, Phyllis found my order and had printed in 10 minutes. Thanks a million Phyllis
The manager of the branch can be quite difficult. The rest of the staff is absolutely wonderful though. Hope you do not have to deal with her.
Walked in the door with an oversized package and pre-printed label. Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt. I was in and out in 2 minutes tops and he was so kind! Customer service doesn't exist anymore, it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience.
