I took time off work to pick up a package for my husband. Before I went, my husband contacted FedEx and added my name as an authorized person to avoid any issues with pickup. When I arrived, two employees refused to release the package, even though I provided all the required identification and documentation. Like coming to this location. The people working here are very helpful polite & professional. I get personable customer service each & everytime. Store is well maintained, organized, & supplied. Kept consistently clean. Reliable FedEx printing & shipping location. They print large scale & complex projects & are very skilled at it too. Worst fedex shop ever. They always try to upsell you their packing/box service. The manager is awful and the general attitude is unhelpful. I would avoid if you can.
