I had to return some computer equipment back to my client and Macee was absolutely amazing! She took care of me and walked me through the process and made it very simple and fast! She is a keeper and great at customer service! Not to mention, she’s very fast And accurate!
Falsely delivered to wrong address I would not do any business with FedEx anymore

Sometimes this location seems to be very shorthanded, thus a quiet wait time to be seen. However Macee(hope I have spelled her name right,) is very helpful and kind. Awesome job on her!
