Inside the Walmart. It's a lackluster experience only due to the 1 worker for the entire fedex. 1 person? In comparison to UPS which has 6 or more at all times. I hate when packages force me to go to fedex. Sad.. so sad.. very sad
The slowest service I’ve even received. Will never return. Waited 30 minutes for someone who could barely speak properly. I literally had the address circled and the workers still couldn’t find it. If you can’t work a computer I don’t think you should be responsible for shipping peoples packages.
I had to return some computer equipment back to my client and Macee was absolutely amazing! She took care of me and walked me through the process and made it very simple and fast! She is a keeper and great at customer service! Not to mention, she’s very fast And accurate!
Falsely delivered to wrong address I would not do any business with FedEx anymore
