I have all my packages for my company sent here and it's amazing customer service!
Went to ship a small item. I had it pre packed with my address and the address I was shipping to clearly marked, they said it would need to be shipped in their box. He presented a 18x14 box which is atleast 5-6 times the size of the item i was shipping. I asked how much the total would be. He quoted me 13.64 but they did not mention that the box cost 13.99 until everything was already packed and sealed and I was ready to pay. Will not be going back.
Both Phylis, and the other employee there (whose name I can't recall), are always friendly and super helpful!
I've been to this store before but today's associate, Phyllis, was excellent from answering the phone and explaining to me everything to receiving the order and doing them exactly as I ordered. I had such a great experience at this store. She was patient and helpful with the me. I want to thank her and definitely come back for more prints. Thanks 😊
