I ordered 8 by 10 prints, and paid $38. I got to my car and realized the prints were sized wrong. I called customer service and asked for a refund, and they said they needed the order number and to call the local store. So I called the store. The employee there told me I needed to come in for a refund because they needed the prints back. (I have no clue why - who else is going to use them?)
