Had a horrible experience today with a worker there named Jose looked like he totally didn’t like his job I notice an argument with the person infront of him then when it was my turn in line he didn’t wanna help me gave me the wrong paper work I send and was trying to charge me again to fix it when I will always print them here the correct size .
The guys at the counter are always helpful.
The supervisor instructed the young woman who was helping me print my insurance card to wait on using the printer because someone else was printing. Mind you it’s a print shop, they have many printers available. The supervisor had me wait 5-10 minutes just to print my 1 sheet. I even paid extra to have them printed for me. I think it’s incentive and a bad call. The printer I was waiting on was printing 100+ pages, it managed to print just a few before it was completed.
Wow.. Prejudice. Lack of humanity and customer service. How many times did I say good evening before a seated employee decided that they would help. FedEx employees are clearly troubled and unhappy at their jobs. And I'm sure they care nothing for the customers who dont fit their agenda. Good luck and prayers for this industry.
