This fedex location used to be great - i was always happy whenever i had to go here instead of ups or usps. That is not the case now. Ya’ll hired this new lady (she a bit older with a accent) who doesn’t like working and likes making everyone’s life more difficult for no reason. Came in to take passport photos of my daughter (7mo) when she goes they don’t do photos of babies- like what? Alecia was very professional and my visit took less than 2 minutes.
This FedEx is convenient to where I live but I will never set foot in there again. The clerk Ismail was very nice. The manager was efficient and provided good guidance. The bad experience was with Alecia, who was very rude throughout, she should not be in a customer-facing job. I came in with valuable photo equipment and jewelry that I was shipping out for someone.
