Don't even bother, they aren't even open when they say they are open
Wasn’t open and no sign saying if they were going to be open today. May as well not exist, now I have to drive to 801 Volvo Parkway for shipping/printing the label. I like FedEx but maybe a store within Walmart wasn’t a good idea for brand reputation.
Dropped off a package and staff was very friendly. It was convenient because it was in Walmart, and I could get some stuff I needed.
What's the point of offering shipping services if you're not going to man the office during listed business hours? Today makes the second day I attempted to drop a package off and no one is there. That is not how you run a business, especially when people spend their time and money to use your establishment.
