I needed to print a label to return something at the post office. The guy was very friendly and had me email the return label so he could print it. What I didn’t know was that they were going to charge me three dollars just to print one black-and-white piece of paper. I am always willing to pay a little bit more for convenience but three dollars for a piece of paper is offensive!

We were helped by Josh to print our Christmas cards and he was extremely patient and accommodating. He helped us make sure the coloring was correct and gave us a great price! Customer service here is great and I felt like we could make any adjustments needed and he worked with us to troubleshoot to get what we were aiming for without feeling like we were being a bother.

I've taken many small print jobs here over the years and always been delighted by how much they care about their work. This time, when the ordering interface failed me, Nikki went out of her way to make sure I get the best output for my budget, and in a very busy holiday week when they must be swamped.
