(Posted on the wrong page at first so this is a repost.) Lazy and careless. Left 3 door tags and claimed that they couldn’t get ahold of anyone when someone was home ALL three times and not a single one of our 3 dogs barked. They did not knock, they did not try ring the doorbell on the side door, they did not try to reach us. Just slapped a sticker on the door, called it good and left. This is my go-to FedEx Office location. The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had issues getting small business print or shipping needs handled quickly when we’re in a bind. Reliable, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Online stuff they have notary services. They don't.
Kasey was absolutely incredible! They walked me through every paper choice, formatting option, test prints— the whole nine yards. They provided amazing service while also helping to fulfill a vision, offering thoughtful advice and suggestions! I would absolutely recommend stopping in to work with Kasey. FedEx give them a raise!!!!!!
