There are two older women that work at this location, they could not be more unhelpful if they tried. I’m not just saying they were unhelpful to me, also To the young lady in front of me, Also, on other occasions that I was in there, I witnessed them being rude to other customers. Also, they have been rude to me before and I let it go because I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. Hopefully this review will get these woman some extra customer care training🤞
I have been going here as the staff at the New Haven FedEx (on Whitney) are awful. The staff here are far more helpful, great for sending lots of stuff at the same time.
FedEx has horrible customer service and doesn’t pick up ground packages from their bins and good luck getting through to a human.
