My printer completely died right when I needed to print some things for a bridal shower—and I only had an hour to get it done. I called the FedEx on Sunrise, and the person who answered was so helpful. They gave me an email to send everything over and told me they'd take care of it. When I got there, everything was printed and ready to go! Super friendly service, really fast, and honestly just a huge relief in a stressful moment. The two ladies that work here are completely incompetent. Additionally, the one lady was making fun of every customer as she left. Level of unprofessionalism by the Caucasian woman on Friday at 3:45 pm was embarrassing
Rude, not helpful. They seem like they do not like their job. I barely ever post a review as you can tell with the 1 review but both times I went, I was serviced by two different people. Both rude, unpleasant
