I walked in here to ship a free return. I had the printed shipping label, tape, and scissors. All I needed to do was purchase a box in order to package it. The women behind the counter said she can help me pack it. She scanned the box then explained it is going to be $8 dollars for her to pack. I said, oh, well how much is the box? She said, $2.99. Came in at 6 on Saturday just before close, I work all weekend so its hard for me to make it over but I rushed after work in the rain and just made it before close and a red headed guy and a different girl refused to serve me and told me to come back in two days when they open again, I only needed to complete a very quick pickup and I was completely baffled by the way they displayed no interest in helping me, I get young people want to just leave as soon as possible but simple curtesy goes a long way. Staff is super friendly and takes care of me every time I go in there. Very quick and efficient. Love the drop off system but they still help you.
