Please tell me why the female employee with the glasses gets annoyed because customers are confused about how to use the scanner. Rolling her eyes because she had to come out from behind the counter. This is the second time I have been to this Massapequa Park location and the second time this employee had a bad attitude.
I Been have been doing business at this location since the place first open and never had issue. Good customer service

Unfortunately, my experience at the Massapequa FedEx Office has been very disappointing. I have visited this location three different times to print and send important documents. There is an employee, a woman with glasses who speaks Spanish. When we ask if she can help us in Spanish, she initially says yes and tells us which email address to send the documents to.
