The trainee staff told me to trash the bag I brought with me and that she would help me find a box to transfer the contents to. Never once mentioned that the box she is offering has a fee and is $25. She just watched me tear up the bag I brought to take the content out, and proceeded to charge me $25 for the box. Where is the staff that’s supposed to supervise the trainee??
I had a wonderful experience here. EMMA was very tall, quite funny and made the nightmare of dropping off a package much more tolerant. I will choose this location again, and i'll hope Emma is working!!
One time this lawyer lady put a whole packet with a staple in it into the print and go and then whined to the employees that their machine was broken.
