This store is closed more than open. They always have a sign up saying they’ll be back within an hour. They only have one person so that one person goes on break. They are closed. It is not reliable. Go to another near FedEx store. The 4305 Dearborn store has employees working consistently

Working hours 10-6 Monday through Friday. Came Thursday 1:45 they were closed and a sign said “we’ll be back at 2:30”. Came next day at 3:20 and everything closed again with the sign “we’ll be back at 4:00”

this FedEx location sucks. first, I have NEVER been asked to present identification to ship a package. I've been shipping for decades and this has never happened before. when I questioned the employee about why I had to present ID, she was rather short with me. she then apparently used my name to look me up in their system and asked if I was in fact the person on file and she wanted to verify my PERSONAL address for the shipment and I made it clear to her that I did NOT want her to use that information for this shipment beca... read more

Most of the time the place is closed for lunch they close the shutter. Someone has to check that place you can not even drop off a package. Also, the lady is very rude and finds another location any time the place could be shuttered down for lunch break doesn't matter 1:30 PM or 3:30 PM. Today was my last visit and it is one of the worst FedEx shipping center.
