Actual idiots over at fedex they delivered my package all the way down the road from my actual house my adress was clearly put and not even close to hard to find but they still delivered it down the road from me at some random person house how stupid can they be

I had a great experience at this FedEx! First, I called and asked if they did what I needed and Karen answered and was very nice and said they did. Then I quickly read the address on the website and saw "McKinley" so quickly assumed McKinley Mall. I walked the whole mall and then called again asking where it was and Karen gave me exact instructions on where they were located in the plaza.
