Just dropped off an Amazon return in the original packaging. The woman behind the desk told me to take it out even though Amazon asked if it was in original package. She walked away and said “Nope not taking the box’. She was extremely rude and obviously hates her job. If my name wasn’t on the box, I would have left it on the counter and walked away. Girls are very nice, helped me carry in a large package. Always quick service and convenient location.
The girl working there had a major attitude the entire interaction. I was shipping a very expensive tennis bracelet back to my jeweler for repair and wanted to buy a box for extra protection. Instead, she told me it was covered and took my jewelry box from me. The whole exchange felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. My package is insured, but if that bracelet doesn’t make it to my jeweler because of this nonsense, I’ll be speaking with a lawyer.
