Long overdue for leaving this review, but a while back I had a huge emergency with getting something packaged for work. I went to three UPS locations and was denied because it would be a good amount of work, then I finally went to this FedEx location. Kat, Eric, and Sandy could not have been more helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure I got my equipment packaged safely for travel, and back on the road in a hurry. They are the kind of employees you want working for you and were pleasant the entire time!
