I just received my luggages and I'm honestly in disbelief. I've only used these suitcases a handful of times, and they came back covered in black muddy marks, looking like they were dragged the entire way from New Jersey to Texas. My black and brown suitcases also have large dents all over them. This is completely unacceptable. FedEx, please teach your employees to treat customers belongings with more care and respect.
