Rude and nasty employees. I hope the owner takes care of these employees who are running his/business down. Will never patronize this store
Pleasant pharmacy staff person, but no FedEx envelopes or personnel. They don’t understand the different products or how the system works. This is a dropbox only.

Came in to print something quick but the self print station requires a code to be emailed to you and takes 10 mins just to receive the code. When I went up to the desk where there were 4 ppl working with no one in line waiting they told me it would cost more for them to print it and still take 10 mins due to all the equipment in the room. (Basically discouraging me from coming to them and sending me back to the self print). I left and walked a couple doors down to print it at UPS. Normally I don't leave bad reviews if an employee is unpleasant or curt because I've worked in public facing service jobs most of my life and I get it. But if an employee is going to lie to my face unprompted then here we are. I went in today to mail a return that required fedex. I asked about a second return I had with me with a prepaid USPS label. The employee at the counter told me 'we don't accept USPS. You can take that to UPS. We also don't ship shoeboxes.' Half a second on FedEx's website and yes FedEx absolutely does... read more
