Normally I don't leave bad reviews if an employee is unpleasant or curt because I've worked in public facing service jobs most of my life and I get it. But if an employee is going to lie to my face unprompted then here we are. I went in today to mail a return that required fedex. I asked about a second return I had with me with a prepaid USPS label. FedEx steals packages be careful
I had maintenance chart printed and laminated for a reasonable price here. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I've been here many times for other prints and have many other positive experiences.
Went at lunch, not too crowded. Diana helped us with deciding the best way to ship our package, she was friendly, helpful and efficient!
Older lady customer service is god awful. Talking with your coworkers then getting upset cause I required help. Don't appreciate rude comments. Especially for 50 bucks in shipping that took significantly longer than USPS. Horrible service.
