Arrived at 9am store was closed, waited until 9:45am and was still closed. I was told that the employee who works here lives far away that’s why it’s closed. Walmart offered to hold my package for me but it’s value is way too high to be left. Really inconvenient.
The people that work here are usually very nice but during my last visit one of the employees was playing with her phone and basically ignored me when I asked for a box to ship an item Eventually she acknowledged me and tried to sell me shipping materials. When I told her I just needed a box she rudely told me FedEx wouldn't be responsible for any damages if not packed properly. Was closed 12:30 because they are on lunch so I need to wait for a hour Bad customer service
Arrived at 12:40pm and sign said Closed for lunch and back at 1:30pm.
