I don't expect the service to be exceptional, but at least they should adhere to the opening hours!
Last few times I came to drop off a package it was closed with a note that they will be back in an hour , It was not during lunch, One time was before 12 the other it was after 2:00
Arrived at 9am store was closed, waited until 9:45am and was still closed. I was told that the employee who works here lives far away that’s why it’s closed. Walmart offered to hold my package for me but it’s value is way too high to be left. Really inconvenient.
The people that work here are usually very nice but during my last visit one of the employees was playing with her phone and basically ignored me when I asked for a box to ship an item Eventually she acknowledged me and tried to sell me shipping materials. When I told her I just needed a box she rudely told me FedEx wouldn't be responsible for any damages if not packed properly.
