FedEx is great. Staff is great. Manager, Erica, is steadfastly opposed to customer service. I'd bought two boxes during an earlier visit and asked if they could be returned for a refund if I didn't need them, Oh yes, I was assured. Today, the employee was ready to swap my unused box for $5.00 plus tax (as I'd been told earlier) and Erica walked into the store and stopped the transaction. Oh, and my favorite part: she made it my fault for believing what they'd said.
Jacob was awesome! He listening to my concerns and helped immediately! Great costumer service!
Experienced great customer service. They have a nice place for you to use a desk or their computers for quick tasks
I just want to say a big thanks to Jacob - my daughter's graduation announcements kept coming out wrong, so he took it upon himself to find and fix the problem. The result is that the announcements turned out great. Thanks so much!
