very unpleasant experience!!! Used their shipping/carrier services FOR THE LAST TIME.
My suggestion would be to use a different carrier for shipping purposes. The clerk refused to ship my package !! She stated it felt too loose and would re-pack it for me for $4.00 + tax. I was returning a defective auto part that FedEx had delivered to me. NOW THAT delivery package was horrible (box inside a box sliding from one end to the other) yet they delivered it to my door. My package, which was refused for shipping, (AGAIN A BOX INSIDE A BOX PACKED WITH PAPER) WAS NOT SLIDING ANYWHERE.
