Ok I'm currently enrolled in an Anatomy class & the black & white pictures of specimens r not cutting it. It's difficult to distinguish between black white & various shades of grey. This can be the difference between an Awful grade vs. a Great grade I got the thought 2 try color printouts; I've tried the library and something told me 2 call FedEx to see wats THEIR rate. This is the first time I've felt so well looked after. Mr. Gary helped me photocopy my documents successfully and made me feel at ease!
I was the only customer in there with two ladies that made me use self scanner that had many errors. When they decided to help they printed out a receipt that I actually needed emailed to me on one of the packages. This further complicated the things I have to do today but I'm glad it didn't inconvenience these two ladies that could have helped guide me through the process.
