Tony, the Fedex associate at the Middletown store, was incredibly helpful with my print job. I had spent an hour at Staples trying to get a small print job done. First, I tried the self service copiers and couldn't find one that was in working order. When I finally found one that worked I tried to print a copy. It came out blurry with faded ink and cost me 53 cents for one poor quality black and white copy. Do not have passport photos taken there. The lighting is only the ceiling florescent which is directly overhead, not at all in front. Without a key-light in front (and apparently using the flash is not allowed), he had to try many times to get an image that was acceptable, one that didn't have a strong glare off my bald head which he knew was no good. How are you not open at least on a Saturday during the holiday season. Package has been sitting here since the driver never even knocked on the door. He just left a tag - DO BETTER!

I was initially concerned to come to this place due to the low ratings and previous complaints. After mustering up the courage and deciding to go anyway, to my surprise, everything went perfectly and smoothly! I had to print and also ship something out, and the help I received was superb. I had some issues but everything was resolved by the staff quickly and professionally. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!

Location is supposed to open at 9am. 9:30 and no one is there. That equates to ZERO customer service.
