Just make sure your package is taped up before hand. I gave it to them open I don’t know what I was thinking and had items missing on my son’s PC like the Ram. Very sad and feel like nobody can be trusted. My item was worth more then when I file a claim.

Seems like the same issues with the same person from reading the other reviews of this place. I ship out packages every single day via FedEx. I usually go to the main hub in Phoenix to drop off but was on this side of town so thought I would stop here really quick to simply drop off a couple pre-packaged and labeled boxes. A girl with glasses there asked what was inside the boxes (car parts) and said she needed to open them to verify...mmm ok never once in years at any other FedEx 3rd party ship center or corporate ship cent... read more

It looks like several others have had the same experience at this location as I did this afternoon. I handed a well sealed and taped package to an employee with glasses. She shook my package and said, “Can I open this!” I said, “Why?” And then she went on to explain that they need to fill the package with paper so the item isn’t jostling around. I’m like…. It’s a pair of soft shoes….. she’s like we can’t accept it and refused it unless they fill it. I asked if they charged for it and she said yes. I kindly asked for my packa... read more
