Monday I stoped to drop off a package THEY DIDNT TAKE IT because the BOX was not in a BOX 🤔… I go back today Tuesday SAAAME RUDE GUY (long hair glasses) helps me and tells me I hear that something moves can I open it I said yes He tells me we can’t take this there is room In here still you need to fill the space with paper we do provide it but we sell it? What the hell! Is the policy oh his stupid rules

Came in today with questions, they assisted with showing me the information I needed, Asia did an excellent job going into overdrive to exceed my expectations. She deserves the credit with what would have been no review.. she made me feel as if it’s worthy of making a note.. Way to go Asia you did a job well done.

Just make sure your package is taped up before hand. I gave it to them open I don’t know what I was thinking and had items missing on my son’s PC like the Ram. Very sad and feel like nobody can be trusted. My item was worth more then when I file a claim.

Seems like the same issues with the same person from reading the other reviews of this place. I ship out packages every single day via FedEx. I usually go to the main hub in Phoenix to drop off but was on this side of town so thought I would stop here really quick to simply drop off a couple pre-packaged and labeled boxes. A girl with glasses there asked what was inside the boxes (car parts) and said she needed to open them to verify...mmm ok never once in years at any other FedEx 3rd party ship center or corporate ship cent... read more
