If I could leave no stars I would. I came into this location needing to fax two separate documents. I approached the counter to Jacqueline. I let Jacqueline know I needed to do two separate faxes. Jacqueline said, "You can fax them yourself; there's fax machines over there!" I let Jacqueline know I did not know how to use the fax machine, I was not well, and needed to fax these documents before 5 p.m. Jacqueline then walked me over to the fax machines, and told me to follow the screen to my right.
