The staff was very helpful and made sure my package was packed on time within 5 minutes befotr their truck moves out
Wanted to sell me a new box and filler material when the item was being returned just as it was received. More interested in upselling and charging for additional items than serving the customer.
Bianca was exceptional! She took the time to assist me with an online order I had been having trouble with and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. She was incredibly friendly and personable throughout the entire process. The whole team was fantastic—thank you all for your outstanding help!
Love FedEx, but I had the weirdest interaction here! Employee was very agitated from the moment I walked in. I went to ask a question he or she acted as if it was the biggest inconvenience. They stated that they were the only one working and used an abrasive tone while saying it. Very weird behavior, I’d go to ask a question and as I was asking it they would interrupt midway with something that had nothing to do with what I wanted to ask.
