Literally the worst shipping company imaginable. Its not worth saving your money to have your items disappear. Expect to be disappointed or have angry customers.
I had an incredibly detailed and irregularly sized portfolio that was 70 pages in length. This store was incredibly patient while I figured out how to format my design. All in all, I received my entire portfolio, finished, double-sided, and hole-punched, in less than 12 hours. In addition, my portfolio had lots of black and vibrant colors, which showed up fantastically on the print. FedEx, you have a customer for life. P.S. Thank you, Dan.
Store was clean and well organized, and staff were friendly and helpful. Really appreciate it gang - great work.
The absolute worst customer service. Guy who works there (never wears a name tag ; skull rings) is a jerk who acts like he is too busy and important to help anyone. Opens late even with people sitting in parking lot. Treats customers as if they are a nuisance.
