The customer service is lacking. No initiative to problem solve or offer help. Had an email from Fed Ex that did not include the 4 shipping labels it said it sent for my convenience. Fed Ex employee exclaimed “Well, I can’t do anything with that.” Did not offer any suggestions or any concern that this was from the company he represents. Asked no more questions. They make nice print orders, however their hours are impossible if you actually need to pick up your rush order in a time crunch. 9am opening time on Saturdays? 7pm closing? If you are an actual business and your ferry leaves at 8:45am, and you can’t get back until 8pm, you cannot pick up your rush order — would have been better off just ordering online with a rush shipping. Totally impossible to use for our situation - our expensive lesson: don’t assume normal working hours to be considered when using FedEx.
Honestly as big as FedEx is when it comes to refunds it is the biggest scam ever. We tried 6 different phone calls and internet option for out refund for a 4 day late express service and we have gotten the biggest run around and bs answers. If I can I will avoid fedex for the rest of my life due to this experience. Blew $57 dollars they do their best to make you give up on looking for a refund.
The employees here are sociable and considerate, even over the phone. Robert especially has been recently helpful to my family when we forgot something. Ainsley is also fantastic! :)
The staff is always friendly and helpful! Even if I ask a stupid question- they just turn it into a joke as not to embarrass you. Plus you can wander over afterwards and get yourself a doughnut! Yahtzee Bonus!!!
