Daniel was awesome sauce! Very helpful and showed that he had an actual willingness to help us! As a disabled customer he offered to help me with all of my request, (which i had many of!) And did it with joy! We so appreciate you Daniel for being there and being an excellent manager! Chef Blaze

my medication requiring refrigeration was delivered to another house. They denied it was the wrong house and provided me a photo of someone elses's house . I contacted customer services immediately and never heard back . I tried to create an account and sign in and was blocked by the website saying the password i had just created , which they accepted, was incorrect . I did this 3 different times with 2 different emails and was blocked every time, preventing me from filing a claim for the medication they delivered to the wro... read more

I was at the Fedex office location inside Walmart, and Ajia, the young lady, was very helpful, friendly, and great communication I sure will give a good review when I get good customer service

Terrible customer service. I arrived to the location within business hours only to find that they had closed for lunch and I would need to wait for 40 minutes for them to return. Upon returning, they told me they didn't have a box big enough to ship my return. Offered no support On ordering a box or locating one large enough for the shipment. Very, very poor customer service.
