This location was AMAZING! Particularly TAKEYA - she was patient with us and printed lovely programs for my late sister in law’s memorial service tomorrow! The quality is far superior to a competitor and TAKEYA was very empathetic, reassuring my niece and expressing condolences for our family at this time, which can be so difficult! Waited ten minutes for a passport photo for them to tell me the camera has a dead battery. Cool.
This FedEx drop off store is a great one. I have taken packages in twice and they waited on me quickly with a friendly attitude. Today I took in a Walmart return that Parcel Pro said the QR code from Walmart wouldn't work. This Monticello location in the ACE Hardware shopping plaza took the same code, scanned it and sent it on its way with no problem.
