I paid $120 to ship a box from Michigan to Indiana. I gave the lady helping me the address, she typed it in and had me verify that it was correct and it was. A few days later the box was delivered to my house and on the box it said corrected address. I went to the store to find out why the address was changed to my address and they had no explanation. Came in to mail off an important document. The staff made sure all my needs were met.
The little skinny guy cares less.
The store was locked and displayed "back in 15 minutes" for over 30 minutes an hour and a half after opening. Unprofessional and poor customer experience.
