One of the most dissatisfying retail experiences I have had in years. Three or more employees near the desk, none greeted or looked at me when I entered. After standing a few minutes being ignored, I asked which desk to go to, and was waved to one. When a clerk finally approached the desk, in a very surly manner he informed me I was at the wrong spot. It went downhill from there. He was disinterested, bordering on rude, certainly unhelpful. Met the very bare bottom measure of function.
I had an urgent printing job for my work and Antonio was very helpful. He provided excellent customer service and executed my order in a professional and timely manner.
I want to commend Antonio for his incredible assistance with my challenging printing project today. I was stuck, but he immediately recognized this and offered help. His technical knowledge, humor and patient approach ensured the printouts were perfect. Antonio's contribution was invaluable, and you’re fortunate to have him on your team. Thank you, Antonio!
