Tried to ship a 15x30 inch painting. The store manager told me it was gonna be $526. When I told him I couldn’t ship it at that cost and asked for other options he completely ignored me and just started typing on his computer doing a different task. The moment I said I couldn’t afford it, he completely dismissed me. I was uncomfortable to even ask any questions so I left.
The store is very clean, and emailing the shipping label for them to print out makes it very easy to bring something in and send it, even if you don’t have your own printer The staff member at the front desk is friendly
