I just have to give a shout out to Bria! I've frequented this location for quite some time now and always found myself impressed with our interactions. She's always very patient with me, displays great customer service, and works very efficiently. FedEx really found a gem in Bria. Very rare to find such a pleasant customer experience these days!
Bria could stand to learn manners and customer friendly attitude. Say hello, look at me while you are explaining what you need, slow down and don’t rush me and when the transaction is over, the magic words are, thank you.
Horrible experience. Workers were taking their sweet time and not helpful. Had to wait 45 minutes to drop off my package. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Always efficient and knowledgeable! Excellent service. Especially this busy Holiday Season.
