Very rude customer service and the lady never seems like she wants to help. Disappointing. Don’t go here
Randomly closed at 2 pm on a Thursday for almost an hour.
I never had such a horrible service in any of the FedEx locations. The lady at the front desk was very rude. I had to ship a preprinted label using an envelope. The envelopes were hidden below the counter and it was a surprise for me. She handed over one and I placed all the documents and requested her to give me the gum to stick the label on it. She just scanned it and handed over the tracking information. I was shocked to see all this. I said thank you 🙏 to her but she was least bothered. I think that lady hates her job. ... read more
