Big format printer scanners would not accept instructions after taking my card approval. Only two staff for FedEx and printing services. Self service machines are on their own at your peril.
I use this fed ex store often to ship work documents. They are always helpful and courteous. Have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be helped.
