In and out. The representative that helped me made sure I had the right size box so that I wouldn't overpay.
Very slow service and lacking in customer service. I went to have my passport sent off and they acted as if they weren’t aware of the process, although they’re one of the places listed. I won’t be returning.
I pulled up at 11:55am and the doors are locked. It states the closing is 12pm. I understand wanting to get off but close at the right time. Very disappointing
