When it comes to delayed packages the best answer they could give me was call the number instead of actually helping out. Even calling the number provided I still have to go to more stressful process. I’m not going with them after I solve the issue again.
I had to overnight something to Switzerland, John was super helpful through the process. Worked with me all the options, and was able to get me a good rate. Great work by him thanks!
