Very nice young lady helped us out getting a return shipped on Jan 6. She was very helpful, and we appreciate her. We all need more customer service agents like her.
When it comes to delayed packages the best answer they could give me was call the number instead of actually helping out. Even calling the number provided I still have to go to more stressful process. I’m not going with them after I solve the issue again.
