Envíe un regalo a mi hermano a otro país, era un objeto pequeño que ni pesó tenía, pagamos el envío y nunca nos dijeron que al llegar al otro país iban a cobrar más dinero, cuando llegó el regalo a mi hermano le cobraron 300 dólares más! Lo cual haciendo el cambio a la moneda de ese país es demasiado dinero, así que si vas a mandar algo a otro país piénsalo bien, terminé pagando 500 dólares por un objeto tan mínimo. I used FedEx one more time because the UPS store in my town is under construction. I paid $70 to overnight my important document, that was on Friday yes they deliver on Saturdays. It is now Tuesday and I have again been rescheduled for delivery for Wednesday!! It has been sitting here at this location in Logan, UT not moving!!

I want to thank the fed ex employees. I did a return. It was my first and I did not know what I was doing. I love the driver came to my house to pick up the package. It was huge. All I needed was to get a label. Through e-mails not going through and walking me through the process it took a while but the staff was so patient and kind. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
