Made my day! I had gone to UPS to ship a package and was informed that due to the paper wrap I had on it, they could either charge me for a bag or $3 to tape it additionally. Frustrated, I told them I’d come back after buying my own tape for that price. I spotted FedEx across the street and went to see if they had tape I could purchase. Instead they taped it for FREE, without any investment of their own since the package was being shipped UPS. Good service but it’s probably not wise to insult the customer while their still in the store I just didn’t want to spend 10 dollars to ship one letter not being cheap I still bought an envelope

We were there this morning to get a digital passport picture and we asked if they could change the size too 1x1.5 inch and they said that they can't do it. It all started with the lady who said she worked there for 7 years but she could not turn on the flash on the camera, so rather than fix it she handed it to another employee and told her to lighten up the photo, because it was too dark. We ended up using the white background and using our phone to take the photo and take it somewhere else. She said that to make it smaller... read more
