I want to thank the fed ex employees. I did a return. It was my first and I did not know what I was doing. I love the driver came to my house to pick up the package. It was huge. All I needed was to get a label. Through e-mails not going through and walking me through the process it took a while but the staff was so patient and kind. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
This FedEx Office shines brightly, the staff is highly attentive to customer needs and they do a great job acknowledging people entering the store. FedEx Office still shines infinitely brighter than UPS stores. Kade, Ashlyn, Ethan, and Tristan are great at their jobs! 10 stars!

Made my day! I had gone to UPS to ship a package and was informed that due to the paper wrap I had on it, they could either charge me for a bag or $3 to tape it additionally. Frustrated, I told them I’d come back after buying my own tape for that price. I spotted FedEx across the street and went to see if they had tape I could purchase. Instead they taped it for FREE, without any investment of their own since the package was being shipped UPS. Good service but it’s probably not wise to insult the customer while their still in the store I just didn’t want to spend 10 dollars to ship one letter not being cheap I still bought an envelope
