Was a quick in and out. Wasn't busy, was greeted immediately and associate helped me and was very friendly.
Had instructions with where to leave package. Still took my package with them anyways.
No experience with international shipping. Insisted that Denmark addresses had same format as US addresses. Charged me more because the shipping business address was not the same as my DL. First clerk (Dani) wondered off while I verified the address and another clerk had to come over to restart the process.
FedEx is terrible. Paid $90 to have a package overnighted dropped it off Monday at 9 A.M., the package sat in Layton until 3 P.M. Tuesday, then it finally got delivered at 5 P.M. Wednesday to the WRONG address. Terrible service.
