I went in this store a Monday evening around 6:30 pm. The staff person on duty was obviously in a hurry to close up the shop. Instead of her taking literally 1 minute to print the two PDF documents I had emailed to their location, she was rude and told me I would have to pay $5 because the PDF I emailed included a label for one of their competitors. First I had selected UPS instead of a fed ex for my eBay label by accident however, why would they penalize me by charging me a $5 surcharge to print a single black and white PDF... read more
Tbh I do not know why this place has this poor ratings, Kristen was very helpful and nice, fast process, didn’t waste my time and gave me options.
